Brian and Jaz came over to help us hunt down a Christmas tree. We went to the local tree farm, Treats Farm, in Orange. Then we came back and had waffles while decorating the tree.
After the Halloween party Steve and Shelia stayed with us. The next day Brian and Jaz came over to play in the leaves and a little hike out in Branford.See more photos
We had a small get together for Halloween. Some pumpkin carving, candy eating, turnip carving, soup making, seed roasting, and beer drinking. Jenny won the "most artistic" pumpkin award with her delicate carving.
Misa, Kelly, Lucas, Brian, and Jaz together with us tackled the corn maze at Lyman Orchard. It took about an hour to make our way through. At the halfway point we stopped for some water at the convenient water cooler. After we escaped the maze we all enjoyed some hot dogs, cider and donuts.
